This breast badge made in U.S.A carry’s the manufacturers stamp marks of G.I & U.T to the rear of the badge, a standard pattern breast badge issued to all U.S.A.F. ( United States Air Force ) firefighting personnel of ordinary rank. This badge obtained at R.A.F Greenham Common some years ago which was one of a number of U.S Air bases that operated on home soil here in the U.K. ( United Kingdom ).

 The badge measures 2 ¾” tall by 1 ¾” wide & depicts a U.S style fireman’s helmet crossed with a branch pipe & axe, within a circle, the American eagle standing proud above as with many American firefighting badges! In used but good condition & retaining the long brooch clip assembly to the rear, again standard with most American police & fire department breast badges!
