A superb condition Southend On Sea County Borough Special Constabulary K.C  ( Kings Crown 1911 to 1952 ) chrome enamel fully pressed one piece cap badge manufactured by Fattorini & Sons Badge Company of Birmingham, both cap fixing lugs intact to the rear of the badge. 
Southend on Sea County Borough Constabulary was formed in 1914 & merged in Essex & Southend On Sea Constabulary in 1969.
