The hat is in immaculate condition, the original packaging box was damaged & disposed of but the hat was in good order. The Royal Ulster Constabulary was formed in 1922 & lasted until 2001 when it was renamed Police Service Of Northern Ireland ! Size of hat is 57 cms or old size 7 `1/.2 .
