A very nice gilt Royal Engineers sweetheart brooch from the ww1 King George 5th era, a nice assembly clasp to the rear & an excellent gilt patina makes this cap badge brooch a nice collectable. George 5th reigned from 1911 to 1936 & most Corps cap badges had the cypher of the reigning monarch !
