An original issued North Riding Fire Brigade cap badge from the post ww2 era of 1948 to 1974 when the brigade merged into North Yorkshire Fire Brigade. 
The badge has some minor enamel damage but is in one piece. The enamel centre fixed to the standard economy issue, lined Home Office star& both cap fixing lugs intact to the rear of the badge
