A Marples and Beasley manufactured GLC ( Greater London Council ) London Fire Brigade 1965 to 1988 cap badge. There is a small chip on the scroll part of the enamel, otherwise good condition. This variation is the thin crown, thick waves & is a lugged variation,  both cap fixing lugs intact to the rear of the standard lined economy issue Home Office star.
