This early L.C.C.L.F.B ... ( London County Council London Fire Brigade 1904 to 1965 )....is a bronze 1932 to 1941  junior officers cap badge. It was worn on the "glengarry sailors hat" that many fire brigades adopted as a junior ranking service hat. London Fire Brigade although formed in 1904 from Metropolitan Fire Brigade did not issue the standard fireman's cap badge until the early 1930's, prior to that a L.F.B ribbon was worn around the hat.
It is in really good unpolished condition  & has a sufficient amount of the shortened slider rear attachment fitting for attachment to the cap, a nice bronze badge !
