A Hertfordshire Fire Brigade 1974 to 1989 original cap badge manufactured by Toye Kenning & Spencer Badge Company of Birmingham, one of the 2 official cap badge suppliers to the brigade, the other being London Badge & Button Company. 
The badge is in great condition with the enamel centre fixed to the standard TKS lined economy issue Home Office star, both cap fixing lugs intact to the rear of the badge.
