A large generic British Fire Brigade pre 1941 brass  open wreath type cap badge measuring 2 1/14 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches high. Both cap fixing lugs intact to the rear of the cap badge. I have also seen these large generic British Fire Brigade cap badges attached to period leather fireman's helmets.
