A Dudley Fire & Ambulance Brigade Service cap badge in force from 1948 to 1966. The brigade was a very small 1 station fire brigade covering 7 square miles of the area of Dudley in the West Midlands. The red ringed version of this cap badge lasted from 1948 after the NFS ( National Fire Service 1941 to 1947 )  changeover and until 1969, changing its badge in 1969 to the rarer & harder to obtain coat of arms cap badge depicting the crest of Dudley ! In good used condition & issued by London Badge & Button Company !
