A Devon Fire & Rescue Service cap badge in force for 20 years from 1987 to 2007 when the brigade merged with Somerset Fire & Rescue Service to form Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service. This cap badge is manufactured by London Badge & Button Company of Northamptonshire, official cap badge suppliers to the brigade. The enamel centre fixed to the standard issue fully pressed Home Office star & both cap fixing lugs intact to the rear of the cap badge.
