The British WW2 Pacific Star was awarded to all personnel who served in the Pacific Campaign between 8th Dec 1941 & 2nd Sept 1945!

 It was instituted in May 1945, & covers the period of war starting after the Japanese attack on the American Pacific Fleet at Pearl Harbour on 7th December 1941 & continued until the Japanese surrender on V.J Day (Victory over Japan Day) in 1945.
