A genuine early Blackburn Fire Brigade USED waterslide paper helmet transfer from the ww2 period up until the Blackburn Fire Brigade post 1948 brought in the new badge design. The transfer has been carefully placed on a white piece of thin card & protectected by a plastic cover. It is a hard transfer to obtain in unused condition due to age & deterioration of these delicate items. It would grace any fire service helmet transfer collection as an early piece.
