These uniquely designed & patented bespoke bicycles have that classic 1920’s look, having been designed on the lines of the Frisco Chopper, the famous 1920’s classic motorcycle!

Robust & sturdy features, tailor made & built to last, these hardy bicycles are built to withstand todays road surfaces & off road too, they are made of chrome Ollie, a very lightweight but tough metal & the bike’s look deceptively heavy but are in fact the weight of a “normal” bicycle!

Chrome Ollie is stronger than standard 1020 steel & it is a revolutionary steel manufacturing technique known as chromoly steel, common styles are referred to as C+MO, CRMO or CR-MOLY & is used in industry because of its excellent strength to weight ratio!

Lovely 3 ½” wide whitewall tyres on a 24” rim, this hardtail classic has a spool & brake gear change mechanism & easy steering & overall handling with the “beach bar” style handlebars, these lovely unique patented bicycles can also be obtained in a mild steel model which is £1,800, slightly cheaper but a little more heavier with the type of metal used. The nice leather, spring loaded saddle giving maximum comfort to the rider!

Designed & patented by Max Powell of the famous & well known Powell family of Emsworth, West Sussex who have contributed to racing & custom design show cars for many years, sponsoring & encouraging local racing enthusiasts & a very successful & long running family business started by his father Graham in the 1960’s somewhat of a shy but genius designer, Max is also involved with the film industry, most noteably Warner Brothers who ask for his professional assistance & design genius & use his many show vehicles that he owns for parts in films.
