This bronze breast badge is from the Lower Austrian Volunteer Fire Corps & is awarded for competition success. This Austrian fire brigade badge depicts the famous Austrian “spider” design helmet in the centre of a laurel wreath with a branch pipe crossed & 10 national area shields surrounding the wreath. Brooch pin assembly intact to the rear, the badge is in good condition overall, needs a clean to the rear but a nice badge to display in a collection.
