1926 Alexander Ritchie London Silver Hallmarked Celtic Shoe Buckle-Alexander Ritchie is a famous London Assay Office Silversmith whos work is highly desired by many collectors.

He was born in Iona, Scotland in 1856, joined the London Assay office in 1910 and died in 1941. The hallmark is London 1926 and at the top of the buckle is IONA AR stamped which is his recognised monograms.

This buckle is nicely decorated in Celtic entrelac and is in good condition.
